This school of culinary art is one of those, providing the best lunches I have ever eaten. Seven beautifully presented delicious courses with aperitifs,wine and all the trimmings for just 35 Euros yes, 35 Euros. After choosing the olive oil you wish to accompany the many excellent types of bread,we were treated to Prawn and Salmon Potato Timbale Noodles, Pistachios and Baby Squid La Consula Seabass Tartare Confit Hake over Wild Mushroom Stew with Aroma and Lentil Foam Roast Duck Magrit with Shallot,Dried Tomato,Basil and Lentil Gravy Opera Cake Coffee and Petite Fours Drinks included Sherry, Chardonnay, red and white wines and Digestifs. The service was excellent and the young staff are very capably supervised to make your dining experience most enjoyable.
