Curry-ya! - Málaga

My wife and I had dinner at Curry Ya and really enjoyed the unique flavors and decor of the place. We tried the Ternera Taco Raisu, Udon, Gyozaas, and Karaage. The Udon was thick and saucy (just the way I like it! . The Raisu was unique, not your ordinary Japanese dish. It was sweet and tasty and reminded me of a Japanese version of a Chimichanga.. a MUST try. In addition to the great food, the restaurant has a modern decor with a couple of shout outs to Star Wars. As a Star Wars fan, this made me happy as this is the way. I had the pleasure of talking with the owner, Luis, who gave us some background about the place. He is a great guy, it is no wonder this place is so awesome after all; in my experience, there’s no such thing as luck. If you are in Màlaga and looking for something unique and tasty try Curry YA!

Amazing Japanese curry and mochi! Lovely restaurant with anime music playing and even little figurines for sale. It’s obvious the owners know what they’re doing. 10/10!

La comida buenísima, el curry es súper auténtico y el arroz está de 10!! El precio es muy asequible, el local es acogedor y el servicio es correcto. Imprescindible para probar comida asiática de la buena si estáis por Málaga.

Very good food. It was unfortunate they didn't have some items on the menu but we came for the curry. Very well flavored and tasty. Don't expect large portions.

El chico que nos atendió era muy amable! Pero a la hora de pedir la bebida y los platos nos falló tres de ellos porque no tenían más. El menú ya es pequeño y me sorprendió. No había Udon ni yakatori ni Calpi. Tampoco la cerveza Blue Moon que había en el cartel de propaganda de entrada del restaurante. Pero vuelvo a decir que gracias a la amabilidad del camarero nos nos fuimos.
