Asam Pedas Selera Kampung Sdn Bhd

Came back for another round of 'makan2' around 11AM and the place is crowded, but feasible instead of my last visit at 2PM. As always, food is good and they have more choice before 2PM so could be a good idea to go there earlier

My first impression of this restaurant was not that good because, when I arrived, there were way too many people and the parking lots were hard to get. We had to go around several times before getting one. When we stepped into the restaurant, the place was packed with people and there was a long queue. We had to wait for other customers to finish eating while half of us start eating. But the food were not disappointing. The asam pedas, daging goreng, sotong sambal and daging masak lemak cili api were the best. I just wish all the dishes were still hot. However, it was understandable since it was buffet style. The staff were helpful and the ordering process was quite smooth except for the app to order drink (too slow! Overall, it was a good lunch.

Too many people, maybe for some doesn't worth the hype

A popular restaurant in Malacca, the most popular menu is fish cooked with asam pedas sauce (the taste a little bit spicy and sour). My grab driver suggested this restaurant because it was the cleanest place compared to other restaurants. It tastes pretty good but the food here is already cold. The price is quite affordable, and they have fast services.

It serves food by plate. people can come order drink first then take the food at the counter. the food was nice but the price is shocking
