Ruthies is located on patrick ityohegh boulevard. they offer a series of ice and snacks. they can also eat and drink. there is a section for recreation and games. it is a cool place to hangout

A few adjustments would be very competitive, but overall they are good

Very very horrible service OMG They were really rude to me and 2scoops of ice cream fit on a teaspoon. And the scoop is not a #100 scoop, it's a normal scoop #300, at least the rice was OK, but the ice-cream!!! I can't believe it, go to heart lab, grand square, Chloe's cupcake.... The scoop is same price, better ice-cream, but yet twice the quantity, Ruthie's you have to stop this behavior this 2019
