There is no display case with the food like in a classic restaurant for you to see and choose, they are written on a pad and they read 4-5 foods to you. The food is probably all in the fridge or freezer and they heat it up for you at the last minute in the microwave after they ask you if you want it hot. Probably only delivery works, so the customers don't know about the prepared foods. They are about 10% cheaper than others. I won't go again. Service: Take out
