Thai Mee Up - Makawao

Fish sauce in everything (except the curry tofu). :

We've been getting food from Thai me up for over 3 years. Whoever is running the wok needs help. Over the past couple months the quality has dropped. Small portions, under seasoned and under done. What makes great Thai is letting the fried rice or noodles get nice and charred. Developing color and flavor. Two of my favorite dishes are Pad See Ew and Drunken Noodles. The last few times I received super small portions, under done noodles, little sauce, no Thai Basil and no char. I've added a photo to show how sad the noodles were. Hopefully a new chef can get behind the wok and make some better noodles and friend rice. The lemongrass fried chicken is still delicious.

Ordered the curry. Broccoli stems old hard and brown, hard part of cabbage thrown in w large pieces of onion. 1 scoop rice . Nothing to brag about.

The spice level is quite intense at a #3, but I can handle it. If you prefer a milder experience, I recommend opting for a #2 spice level to avoid getting too overwhelmed. I usually go for medium spice, and at other places, that’s typically moderately hot. I've attached some pictures for reference.
