Paris Delice - Makati

Hate love. Love the selection and the freshness of the products, can't stand it's location though. This Patisserie would be so much better off inside the Ayala Triangle or any other park really. That being said I love their: Quiches Chocolate Mousse Pain Au Chocolate Chauson aux pommes Macarons de Paris; lemon, Pistachio & Orange Fondant au chocolate And of course their Croissant veralized.wordpress.com

Ordered blended mocha, cafe mocha, cookies and salted caramel macaroon. It was the perfect way to start our day. The place was cute, nice and small, clean and the price is just right.

First tasted their baguettes last week at the PICC international bazaar and I was instantly hooked! I ordered like 3 that day. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside - perfect bread! I saw that did home delivery so I called up and ordered the l'italian and the l'indien baguettes with a chicken curry pasta. They arrived within 30 mins. The baguettes we the same as the first time I had them... delicious!!! The pasta was very disappointing very bland and tastless - especially for a curry. We had to put heaps of salt to bring out the taste and some sriracha. Same goes with the curry baguette... oh well. That's where they lost the points. But the italian baguette is my favourite and was flavourful it was filled with olives, prosciutto tomatoes, onions and mayo. Super tasty! The olives really set it off! All that including delivery under 600php. Not bad. However I will not be ordering the curry again. I guess lesson learned don't order curry from the french. Stick to the european classics :)

The sandwiches, specially L'Atlantic, are simply divine. The bread taste really good. Their pasta salads are also something to try, specially when one is in a rush.
