Hummus Elijah - Makati

My girlfriend is a vegetarian so I need to submit every now and then. This place is excellent! Food is great prices are decent.

3/5 for the food. I ordered the hummus with falafel and a salad. The hummus was very standard in terms of taste. I 've had better tasting store bought hummus so it was just eh. The falalels, however, were really small and tasted pretty bland. I 've had better and I could do without the salsa-like sad excuse for a salad. I 'm giving the restaurant a generous 2 stars for the experience as a whole. This is gonna be long so I apologize. First of all it was very unprofessional how their staff was sitting in the balcony area vaping and customers had to ask them if they could use their table. Secondly, my friend and I met here to catch up over dinner and beer, and because she 's a zomato gold member, she can avail of perks like a buy one get one beverage promotion, Which the restaurant had hard printed copies of by the way with the terms and conditions clearly printed on the back. However, when I went to pay for the bill I noticed they charged us for each beer instead of just one for the price of two. Long story short, there was a discussion between my friend, the cashier, their manager and zomato support over the phone. The restaurant didn 't want to honor the zomato gold deal and said the canned beer we got didn 't count. Although, as I pointed out to the girl, was nowhere stated on the T&Cs. She obviously didn 't read it carefully. She was at a loss so she called the manager who told my friend that they only do it for other drinks. Zomato asked why not. The restaurant finally gave in but said this would be the last time. Don 't agree to deals you can 't commit to. It 's embarrassing when you 're obviously just trying to find loopholes. Sketchy business practices. And please give your staff a place to have a break, eat, have a smoke. When will businesses here ever learn that usually the customer is always right...

It’s a great place to eat. The food is delicious! Really nice . And the price is okay. I payed 6 Euro for a great dinner !

Curious as to how this cuisine would pan out, i went to get up their plight of stairs ans try out their food. I appreciate the friendly and accommodating server that attended to my order. I was informed that it was all vegetarian based. I would have to adjust to the acquired taste. Contrary to the pricey stuff, food was quite plenty for p350 meal. Initially was reserved for having to pay that amount, but since i couldn't finish it, i was able to resolve that concern and wastage b 4th finishing everything during breakfast.
