Limited GF options. I had grilled fish with vegetables which was nice enough. All the restaurants in Makarska have pretty much the same menu and the GF options...

Limited gluten-free menu available, but there are other dishes that you can change to suite as typical in croatia when you ask.

Multiple gluten-free options, meat, fish, salad, but also gluten-free dough for pizzas. However, crucifixing is not to rule out.

Not much is gluten-free, but they have good knowledge of gluten, so we felt safe.
