Top-class Portuguese food for the price we paid. The grilled fish plate was phenomenal and only worth the visit.

Visited because we where on the lookout for a Portuguese restaurant and happened to be close by. The menu was a hodgepodge of Portuguese, Italian, Swabian, French and general German cuisine. Rather disappointed, even if I understand that a club house of a large sports club needs a diverse offering. By the way the club house is a memorial to early 1970 's architecture LOL. The Gambas a la Chef was a TREAT and a steal for the price. My very first ever Bacalau.....fresh veggies and perfect potatoes. My wife had a mixed grill plate. Sorry to say that unlike fish meat does not seem to be the highlight. The Espresso beat any Italian place we know and the Portuguese house wines are a steal for the price. We will return should we be in da Hood but would not do the 60 mile round trip for a single meal.
