Bellpepper Hyatt Regency Mainz

I went for breakfast. Three days, in fact, based on accommodations and business at this hotel. Options were raw fruit and cereal from a box, plus raw oat flakes. There were some nuts too. Soy milk. Considering the size of the pricey buffet, this was a tiny slice, not high-value, and not atypical for a hotel breakfast (often free) anywhere. Service was oppressive; if there is a coffee carafe on my table, let me choose when and how much to dispense. Otherwise, I get cold or tepid coffee.

This restaurant is just outstanding! Sitting inside, you have a great view at the open kitchen. Seated outside by the river it get’s even better…
