Ghien Mi Go #byjoy

This place is a gem! The restaurant was packed and there was a long line when we got here. Don't be discourage , the wait is not long. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. The servers were all so helpful and friendly. I am amaze of how quickly they got us seated, took our order and how quick the food came out. The Mi Go was delicious! The broth was savory and flavorful. I love the crispy pork bits and the fried wontons in the broth. The banh Canh was bomb. The broth was on point. It was served with a slice of pork hock, shrimps, quail eggs and steamed pork ball. For this dish, I prefer an thicker consistency for the broth. Another great dish was the hu tieu that cam which came with all sorts of proteins. I got the dry version with a side of broth and it was bomb! Lastly. The bun Bo hue was surprisingly amazing. Th broth was rich and flavorful . You can taste the lemon grass. Overall, all the noodles we had was delicious! We will definitely come back again!

The food portion is generous but the taste is just so so. Bún Bo is not good. Special dry egg noodle is their best here but again, it 's just so so , can 't compare to other mi places. Small cozy restaurant. Service was fast .

I am overly impressed and astounded by my visit here along with my parents. Never in my life have I been given such an outstanding service by the employees here. Food has always been great. That's not a new thing, but the one thing I wanted to highlight was the staff coming around and checking in on us of how we're doing and how the food was. You DO NOT get that service at a typical Vietnamese restaurant. So it was definitely a nice touch. Ambiance is typical Vietnamese restaurant lines. So it's rowdy, but not overly crazy rowdy. Definitely recommend!

Our first time trying this noodle joint in Westminster. The crowd builds but also quickly dissipates so if there's a wait, don't worry, it won't be excruciatingly long. The noodles were a bit on the softer side for my preference. I would have preferred it to be more springy. Maybe they're blanching it in advance and letting it sit a bit too long? Aside from the noodle texture, everything else was delicious. Toppings were generous and portions are good. The service is fine. Ambiance is noisy and a bit chaotic, as expected in this sort of shop. Decor is still nice and new. The first stall in the woman's restroom can't lock because the gap is too wide for the sliding lock. Very strange. We Al agreed we'd return, which is saying a lot since competition in this area is stiff.

Good food, but be prepare to pay for your water. Hot water is not free!
