Terraces Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort

I was very disappointed with the buffet. the courts were left empty too long and not refilled and the elections were bad. the dessertable was creepy and the young children used finger with the egg that was so unhealthy. I was there for lunch a few days earlier and found the selection of foods much better and dishes were immediately replaced. I will not be rushed back. so sad

The venue was, as always, beautiful, and the service was good and dependable. My issue isn’t with the Sheraton Mirage itself, but rather with their booking service. This is the second time I’ve used it to make a lunch reservation, and both times they were unable to find my booking in their system. Fortunately, this time I had my confirmation email, which allowed them to accommodate my party. This situation is unacceptable, and it seems to me that they need to address what appears to be a software issue.

Unfortunately, the only issue was that the restaurant had no reservation for me, despite confirming my booking via email. Thankfully, they were able to provide a different table for me, although it wasn’t my usual spot. This was quite embarrassing for both me and my host, as their computer system seemed to have let us down.

The staff and cook went above and beyond to create a satisfying menu for my pregnant daughter. Overall, we had a delightful experience.

Great selection. Waitress service was ok, had to keep asking for a drink and noticed others did too. Seemed to be looking for empty plates to clear for all the hungry guests lol. Service was average.
