The restaurant is located in the Roman gate area, easy to reach on foot. Open from Tuesday to Sunday only in the evening, offers special cocktails, we tried two soft drinks, both nice and good, both sweet with special tastes, one with pink grapefruit and the other with apple juice and cranberry. They brought us some good bread from @panificiodavidelongoni, and then we started our dinner with different appetizers to share. We took some rice chips blown with fresh red prawns on top; being a somewhat fusion restaurant you can also find dishes like the tostada, a sort of tortillas with tuna tartare, you can also find tacos that have different tastes, we tried the vegetarian one, which was a bomb! with friggitello and ricotta. As main we took a very good octopus on cream of chickpeas and passion fruit, I would say combo very well; and of the pasta with octopus, a little too salty for our tastes but still it was there. To conclude in beauty we have taken a dessert to the apple, made in three cottures (although, baked, dried), a creative, healthy and delicious dessert!

I found this place on my way to the other restaurant. It looked so modern and elegant that I really wanted to try out Apertaivo next day. Staff are super friendly with amazingly prompt services.
