Writing a review on a cup of good coffee or the goodness of a croissant would seem apparently easy. It is not so. Behind this daily event lie several factors. Absolutely personal tastes, foibles and habits consolidated over time and last but not least the moods we experience every day. At California Bakery in Viale Beatrice d'Este in Milan I found the right combination of all these factors. Quality of products, variety in choice and above all courtesy and professionalism of employees, always attentive and punctual with requests. Excellent ability to communicate with numerous foreign customers and the Ten Card promotional offers were highly appreciated. It's a shame about the recent operational changes: closing on Monday and bringing the end of service to 6pm on working days. More than positive experience. Thank you.
