Toby Carvery Maidstone

Food not as good on first meal we had, Today at the end of the meal waiting 15 minute take our plates away and for our bill,while other around us being serviced. Will come back again due to the good meal we had.

We love visiting Toby, and although the turkey was very good and up to usual standard the beef was just gristle. I took it home and had to use scissors to cut it up for the dog. The time before the beef was excellent. There were not the usual choice of vegetables. and the corn in the take-aways was inedible. We will continue to support Toby's but will avoid Mondays. We visited before going to see christmas lights at Bedgebury. Great customer service despite a busy restaurant, food at carvery was being replenished as quickly as you would expect was hot and tasty. We returned after the Xmas trip for a night cap and were well looked after. Would recommend and will return
