Sir Thomas Wyatt Beefeater - Maidstone

Visited the venue on a Friday night with my family. We sat in the bar area and were served all night by James, whom delivered great customer service. Very friendly and efficient whilst remaining professional. The childrens menu offers great portion sizes and all drinks are reasonably priced. A huge thank you to James and we will certainly return.

The food at this restaurant was outstanding, I couldn't find any faults with it. However, I did have some issues with the parking situation. The blue badge parking bays are located at the front of the building, but the step-free entrance is at the back and is not clearly marked. It was impossible for me to walk the distance from the parking bay to the step-free entrance. I believe they should rethink the parking layout and position the disabled bays closer to the step-free entrance, with clear signage. Despite this issue, I must say that the staff and the meals themselves were impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Sorry I have had to remove 1 star. Have eaten in here for years and have generally always been very happy with the food and service. Had a meal this evening which was fine and staff were very nice but when I arose from my seat, I was very surprised to see what I had been sitting on(please see attached photo). The staff here all work extremely hard, a bit of head office management support /training along with building TLC would not go a miss. Please be aware Beefeater have had some unbeatable deals over the summer months as an example any two main meals for £12, yes that's correct. Update 27/09/2022 Please see last photograph for new house white wine very fruity and quite pleasant. Had a great meal (probably one of the best we have had in the Sir Thomas Wyatt , hopefully if we get a similar experience I will increase the star rating.

Here came an attempted the 2 courses for £10 and was pleasantly surprised after going to another beef seeder and a bad experience. Restaurant was extremely clean both inside and outside, friendly staff and our or came out quickly. Delicious, spicy hot food for a good price! I will definitely come back.

Nice building, with a good parking lot. Disabled access. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. £9.50 for an unlimited cooked breakfast with continental buffet. Well worth the money, with a lot of choice, from juices, tea, coffee, cereal, toast, crumbs, croissants, selection of spreads, fruit, yogurts etc. To finish it, children eat free! Family friendly. Will be visited again.
