Brilliant service from Lina and Jasmine today at breakfast. Well done girls u both were very helpful, Jasmine was very good on the door at breakfast mentioned my name 4 times today. Lina was very talkative and very friendly always checks to see if people are ok and is very helpful as well. Both Jasmine and Lina did an excellent job today at breakfast,Honestly think Lina is such a good manager for that food and beverage department she does make such a difference and a positive experience for everyone. Jasmine as well is very friendly and kind and also helped me with the coffee machine and showed me how to use it and also made me feel very welcome. Thank u girls very happy with everything and i hope u both get the recognition u deserve.

Carvery was lovely and they kindly made my daughter a separate meat as she didn’t like the choices on show. The staff was really kind and helpful.
