Dunkin' - Mahwah

Horrible customer service. Staff doesn't have any knowledge about the New Dunkin Rewards Program. I walked out with not purchasing anything. Caution when doing business here. Training is highly recommended.

The staff was so rude. At our last visit, we spent a nice amount of money. When asked to use the locked women?s room we were told to use the men?s room. We are women and should be able to use the ladies room. Right in front of us after being denied the restroom, a nasty female employee unlocked the ladies room and used it. After she came out she actually yelled at us in thedining section when we asked to use the restroom. I am spreading the word and will not be coming back.

Typical Dunkin'. Clean, friendly, and fast enough. No problems in several visits.

Friendly, helpful staff. Service is great, orders are completed quickly whether ordering through the app or at the counter.
