Bagel Express Of Mahwah

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THE OWNER FREDDY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OUT OF SERVICE!!!!! HIS ATTITUDE IS WAY OUT OF LINE!!!!! I CANT BELIEVE THAT BAGEL EXPRESS IS EVEN OPEN STILL!!!! I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO'S DEALT WITH HIS IGNORANT ATTITUDE!!!!!

So bad it's not even funny, the staff is the worst possible, maybe even the worst staff ever. The level of professionalism is below 0, itsso bad it sucks positivity from the surrounding businesses. Would give infinite 0 stars if I could.

Convenient, quick, tasty stop on way back to Suffern after shopping in Mahwah and Ramsey on Franklin Turnpike.

The owner is nasty and rude. He never speaks, he just grunts at you, and today he scolded me like a child for not making small talk with him when in the five years I’ve been going there he’s never once even made eye contact with me. Done going here.

If I could give no stars, I would. The owner worker(s) are extremely rude, essentially barking at you to ask what you want and being downright rude to you. The bagels are subpar at best and the service made the experience truly awful.
