Bayside Pizza - Mahone Bay

On our visit of Mahone Bay, we entered in the local pizza house, called “Recardo´s Pizza” in order to get us some food, This is a local restaurant, but anyhow you get used to the Canadian food, which is totally different of ours, but not less taste full.

Stopped in here yesterday on a visit to Mahone Bay. The reviews seemed positive and we thought we would give it a try. As others have noted...this is now called Recardo's Business was brisk, with a lot of walk ins, buying a slice of pizza to go. They had several choices of pizzas already made so you could buy a slice including cheese, pepperoni, meat lovers, BBQ chicken etc. I ordered a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni. Hubby ordered 2 pieces of deep fried battered haddock. At $4 a piece we assume they would be small. The cheese pizza was very tasty! If we returned I would order a made to order cheese pizza. The sauce had flavor, I liked the crust and the cheese. I found the meat on the pepperoni pizza a little too spicy for me but hubby tasted it and liked it. The order of his fried fish was huge! OMG...two large fillets of fish, draped over the plate. The batter was light and crunchy. Very tasty. Would probably return here if in town and looking for pizza.

Stopped in for a bite Thanksgiving day long weekend. I have never bitten into a more succulent wrap that I have today. Ever bite was better than the last and i will be chomping at the bit for more upon our next visit.

My daughter and grandchildren ate here. We had fish and chips which were delicious. The children had pizza and enjoyed theirs. Very friendly staff. prices reasonable. They have take out and eat in also tables outside of the restaurant.

We stopped by because the smell coming from the restaurant was delightful. One of us had a veggie wrap, one had a burger and the other had fish and chips. All the meals were delicious! People were coming in for lunch and snagging a piece of pizza and a drink so I'm assuming the pizza was great too. Great little spot in town to eat inside or out and the food will amaze your taste buds.
