Fabrique De Bagels Café Noir - Magog

Delicious fresh bagels, flaky croissant and mouth watering donuts. Charming little cafe by the creek side, and lovely people. We also picked up a shepherd's pie for dinner and it was scrumptious! Highly recommend.

I love their bagels...as good as bagels get and I don't have to drive too Montreal!! Mind you I do live a good 45 min away but it is worth the drive!!! Yesterday I needed bagels so bad that I drove up just for Bagels!! Tip: I slice them and put them in the freezer as soon as I get home!! That way they stay out of the oven fresh.

My kids have had doughnuts from far and wide... They search for small batch made and measure them against each other, vacation by vacation. Son #1: 9/10 Son #2: 10/10 !!!!

The caramel bagels were great, as were the cinnamon raisin. We picked up some blueberry honey and other flavoured spreads, too.

Wonderful place! Delicious pastries, coffees and fantastic bagels. Café overlooks river and forest! Just lovely!
