Chick-fil-a - Magnolia

Why 1 star? 4th time coming here where order is wrong, and same error is occurring. Continue to order deluxe and get deluxe spicy despite warning “not spicy, just the regular one”Puzzled why this store cannot deliver the normal chik fila experience of other stores.

I been here many times and every time was a great experience even the one time I got the wrong sandwich was still great.. they fixed it and that was a long time ago and they were very busy. I highly recommend this place. A lovely man named Martin was so pleasant and friendly really makes coming here with my kids enjoyable. Seems we really want Chick-fil-A on sundays but you win some you lose some.

Delicious as always but I have noticed a decline in customer service skills particularly in the morning crew. They smile initially then are stone faced and monotone, rarely do I get a “my pleasure” here. Shoutout to Tobias as he is the only one in a week who has told me “my pleasure”. Not only that he said it incredibly enthusiastically! I will update this to a 5star whenever I get consistent my pleasures after I say thank you!

I was working this month and stopped several times at this place. obviously chick fil a staff are in the regular very friendly and helpful, but this place is by far the best service and the hire I have met. there was one hired who was manager? benjamin, who was a joy to work with everyone. he had a big job and a big smile, no matter who he worked with. very impressed by this situation and their personal.

It's chick fil a, what can you say? great chicken, great salads, fantastic limonade sweet and sugar-free, super efficient ride through, and all expected things. this location is well run and has great food.
