Maud's Parlour - Magherafelt

I love Mauds we always get a warm welcome the staff are all lovely, the coffe does the trick, my daughter highly recommends the milk shakes (with marshmallows! and the food can not be faulted. The desserts are amazing! Also have ordered a few birthday cakes and they were outstanding to look at and taste.

Mauds made me my 21st birthday cake and it was without a doubt the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had! Made and decorated to perfection and tasted incredible. The sponge stayed fresh still eating it a week later and it tasting like it was made yesterday! Thanks so much Anita!!

I come here once a month with my daughter for Ice Cream and this is because we really like the place and the friendly staff but if I can offer one suggestion. Seating can be an issue and something we’ve had trouble with on our last few visits. On Thursday my daughter and I were standing in the queue waiting on our ice creams and the shop was busy. We found two seats together at the big middle table where we sat beside a few children. We then had a mother come over who was behind us quite a bit in the queue and said sorry we are sitting there. Very annoyed my daughter and I got up and moved and I did make it clear to her I wasn’t happy that she felt it was ok to reserve her seats while she stood in the queue. I feel you should maybe put up a sign stating this as it is unfair for people who have taken the time to queue. A gentleman sitting across from us looked at me and said I totally agree with you so it’s not just me. I feel if this was sorted it would be a 5 star visit.

First time in mauds today , first class service and food. Reasonable prices and the milk shakes are amazing. Will definitely recommend it

Absolutely love this place,the gluten free treats are amazin and the staff are so lovely...the strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake 2day was fantastic!Cant recommend this place highly enough
