Bei erneutem Anrufen ging wieder keiner ans Telefon. Deshalb ging mein Freund zur Filiale. Dort bekam er das Essen kalt und sollte mit einem 1 Euro Gutschein abgespeist werden. Beim Gespräch mit der Chefin, bekam er wenigstens 10 Euro Rabatt. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend, nicht kundenfreundlich, null Serviceorientiert.
