Fismuler - Madrid

We enjoyed our evening at Fismuler and would certainly go again. The food was thoughtful and well presented, although some of the prices were a bit eccentric (22euros for an omlette? . The interior was attractive and the staff were friendly, although we arrived 5-mins early and we were asked to come back later! Overall, this is a great place for a meal.

Wonderful menu. Innovative and edgy but not over the top. Great service and atmosphere. Drinks were good. Could be a bit loud but will return for sure!

Nice jewel in Madrid. Happy and friendly ambience. The fried veal with egg yolk and truffle is a must!!! Enjoy Spanish wines correctly priced. Congratulations!

Excellent restaurant to eat. all dishes with a lot of flavor and quality. we will return.

All exquisite, we order burrata, grapa and cheesecake. the drop, the textures. amazing. I'll be back!
