Subway - Madison

I should leave more positive reviews, consider how much I go to this place. Unfortunately, bad memories remain better than good. I left two stars because it wasn't the hired to blame that the system was down, but I was upset that the bank wouldn't work with me. the cashier told me that the system has dropped because it takes my card off again and again. the cashier told me that it happened earlier, told me that I should wait while the system was restarted. I waited 45 minutes. I told the cashier I give them $20 cash, it's all the money I have when they leave me now. my total value was $23 and some change. the cassian said: “I am sorry, the owner is on the way.” I have been waiting for so long. I told her, "Look, I've been waiting for so long, eating is cold. I don’t want it to happen.” Nevertheless, the cashier suggested to take it home and come back and pay. I lived too far for all that. I just left. I hope the owner reads this and gets the system repaired.

Been to this one a couple of times, I enjoyed my wheat and veggie delight ,18 inches of sub…Nice, polite staff and manager.

This subway does not honor the coupons that they send in the mail. It's false advertising and a waste of time. Customer service was subpar in explaining why they would not take their own coupon. I do not recommend this place.

Solid 4 stars. Employees are nice. I always get the same thing to go. The bacon and turkey wrap with avacado. Comes with Sundried tomato wrap and all the other sandwich toppings you want.

Everytime we order from this place, we get home and something is wrong. Tonight i ordered a flat bread blt with bell peppers. I get home and it has cucumbers on it. Gross!!! That was a waste of a $15 gift card. Thanks! We wont be back.
