Rally's Hamburgers - Madison

Mistakes are rare here, but when they do happen, it can be frustrating. I tried to call and explain that I paid for a double rally burger with cheese but received a single instead, yet my calls always go to voicemail. It makes me wonder if they’re intentionally avoiding communication to save on costs and boost profits. The food is consistently good, but this experience really leaves me feeling dissatisfied.

The drive-thru service was, as usual, prompt and efficient. The staff were friendly and proficient in their tasks. The food was exceptional, with the fries served at just the right temperature. As always, their fries were amazing! I hadn’t had a mushroom Swiss burger in months, and it was even better than I remembered. It was delicious right down to the last bite—definitely finger-lickin' good!

This is the second time recently that I've visited this Rally's location, and I've had a disappointing experience with the quality of the food. I ordered a chicken bites box, and the chicken was hard, old, burnt, and dry on the inside. The fries also tasted very stale. I really love this fast food franchise, but unfortunately, this location just isn't meeting my expectations anymore.

Undercooked chicken sandwich. Missing items from order on multiple occasions. Staff seemed to be under the influence. Wearing sunglasses inside and loud vulgar music. The food that was proper did taste good

Every time my fiancé and I receive food from Rally's it is always hot, made correctly, and the items ordered are all accounted for. We have NEVER had misplaced food, forgotten items, or even things not removed or added to our orders. The quality and foodare unmatched!
