Panda Express - Madison

No white or brown rice available. Teriyaki chicken was overcooked. I asked for a knife to cut the Teriyaki chicken. no knives. a dame wanted to sit on a stand, but the equipment was on the table. panda express is one of my favorite almost food restaurants, but today was a great disappointment. I go back and hope for a better experience.

Wretched food worse service.Two employees completely ignored my wife when she asked direct questions about what was in a dish. She asked four times loud enough that that a third employee doing something else turned around and answered her question. Then the employee who ignored her checked us out but wouldn’t even pass us the tray across the counter and acted put out when I came back to ask for napkins when the dispenser was empty. Never going to eat here again.

One of the worst Chinese places I've had in Madison. The noodles are dry and very little flavor and chicken feels like it had been sitting out for hours.Much better options out here, I would not waste your money on this restaurant.

3 kids meals ordered, 2 were ok but #3 was tossed after poking around in it. I never saw Hibachi chicken in this form or color. Its too much trouble, gas and time to go back to complain and try to get cash back.
