Bidrage med feedbackI am writing in response to Abir’s review. I would like to suggest that you improve the information provided to your staff or provide them with better training. I am the nanny who was yelled at by your manager, and I, in turn, raised my voice back at him. I have visited your establishment numerous times with the children under my care, and on each occasion, your manager has been consistently rude towards us. He has directly addressed the children regarding their normal, happy, and playful behavior, such as laughing, chatting, joking around, which I have witnessed in my over 30 years of experience with children. As the responsible adult, your manager should have directed his communication towards me, not the children under my supervision. This is where the conflict began. Your manager accused the children of running and potentially damaging the store. However, given the small size of your establishment, it is difficult for me to understand how they could have caused any significant damage by running. Additionally, when I mentioned that I would inform the children’s parents about the incident, your manager callously responded with "I don’t care." He even suggested that we visit a different store across the road, implying that my children do not know how to behave in public. When I expressed my intention to never return to your restaurant, your manager flippantly responded with "please, do me that favor." When I asked if he owned the store, he proudly claimed that he did, to which I retorted that the store, just like him, was inhospitable towards children. The crux of the matter is that it is inappropriate for a stranger to directly address a minor in a public setting, and your manager has continuously failed to adhere to this principle. I urge you to review the CCTV footage with audio from all the times I have visited your store and then contact me to discuss this matter further before you admonish others to “get the whole story” when leaving negative reviews. It is clear that you are the one who needs to do some introspection. Thank you for your attention, and have a good day.

McCool's is my family's go to for a wonderful cold treat and a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The flavors are absolutely delicious and consistently exciting, sure to please all taste buds. They are always coming up with innovative and delicious drinks, toppings and flavors! I would like to thank Paul the manager for always going above and beyond for my family. His service and kindness makes all the difference. He truly cares about each customers experience and ensures all leave happy! Thank you McCool's for making us feel like family.
They have so many options it’s genuinely overwhelming, but the ice cream isn’t anything special, about as good as something you’d get at the grocery store—only more expensive. The staff is good and the interior is pretty cute. It’s definitely a good neighborhood spot but nothing fancy, perfect for a university town.
Stopped in for dessert after Osteria Trevi, best shake in Jersey!
