Casa Blanca - Madison

Service is usually slow but the food is excellent. I recommend the chicken and rice with extra cheese sauce.

My Mom grew up in LA is an afficionado of Mexican food from Alvera St there, so I'd like to think I know a LITTLE bit about decent Mexican food. This place has THE BEST green chilie chicken enchiladas I've had in a while. This place ain't the BEST EVER, but its pretty darned good.

I've eaten here more than a dozen times, over half at lunch. The service has always been fast and friendly. Everything I have ordered has been well made and was tasty! I was introduced to Casa Blanca by my girlfriend who is from San Antonio. She is pretty particular when it comes to Mexican Tex/Mex. This is by far her favorite in the Madison/Huntsville area.

Great location, reliably great Casa Blanca. This particular Casa Blanca is a great one for lunch during the week, due to the location. Not a problem getting seated immediately, always quick service.<br/ <br/ Like all Casa Blanca restaurants I've visited, the service, food, and cleanliness are great. My favorite is the chicken fajitas for lunch, they do a great job, I especially enjoy the way they grill the onions. They have Dos Equis dark on tap, another plus.
