Tim Hortons - Madison Heights

The lady who works some mornings forces everyone to pull around to the front while all of the handicapped spots are full. It almost seems like she goes to the back to check a secret database then serves your food. It takes a quarter of the time longer than it should. I would skip this location. Definitely in collaboration with the Dunkin’ next door.

Beware! There are very ghetto, rude, incompetent staff members at this location. It took 15 minutes for one item that was burnt, and once I asked for a receipt the first time, it got the door slammed in my face. The first red flag is when they don’t even tell you what your total is once you order. Never going back there.

If I could I would rate zero stars!!! I ordered a chicken panini and they gave me the sandwich freezing cold the bread felt like it was just taken out of the fridge chicken was cold the cheese inside was freezing! over all zero. Stay away from them.
