Jimmy John's - Madison Heights

Went through drive thru. Speaker was down. Pulled up to window saw the lady picking her nails looked at me 3 times before she came to the window to take my order. Got my food the bacon was from a pack you can buy at your local grocery store. Not worth the money. You can make a better one at home with better ingredients.

I went through the drive-thru yesterday and I get home with my food and my daughter's food and she gets a little bit into it a couple bites and she said that the lettuce tasted like chemicals and she couldn't eat it and there was 3/4 of her food left over that probably and I had to give her some of mine but even mine wasn't great and then they forgot to give us two cookies instead of just one and now I wake up this morning and I am throwing up and feeling nauseous not the first time that I've had bad food here and I used to order from here all the time and the reason why I don't is because half the time there's something that has expired or gone bad on it and I wasn't feeling good yesterday either so I didn't get to call them to replace my order either so be careful with what you order at this location 12 Mile in between Dequindre and John R

Hire more delivery drivers and I’ll change my rating.

This is the third or fourth time in less than 2 months. That you cant order inside there is no sign saying in side close there was a male employee shaking his head at us we over to Tubbys was able to place our order we love Jimmy Johns just difficult to place an

Came here today as a regular visitor to other locations and was absolutely disgusted. Dirty fingernails caked in black and brown dirt, no handwashing, both people with rainbow hair had it through their hats and flowing everywhere, and it took 20 minutes just for me to get a regular single sandwich. The lettuce on my sandwich was soggy and brown and the Turkey meat tasted like what I'd imagine cat food tastes like. Yuck.I watched them make people's food inside and it's just so gross. They go from touching money to taking orders to making your food and although they change their gloves they DO NOT wash their hands when they're supposed to. I had to ask them to change gloves from making a wet nasty tuna sandwich to my #4 Turkey. I don't want tuna slime on my bread like they always do.Fricken gross. I will never come to this location again.
