China Wall - Madison Heights

We hadn't had fun here because of covid. it was pretty good before, but this time it was so bad. the three different things we ordered were all so pale and tasteless. we will not go back. over $30.00 for food that was really unusable, we're sorry to say. we read the answer from the china wall and they said we could return the order and receive a new order or receive a refund. we have decided to reimburse, but, without a case, they gave us only less than 1/2 of a refund because we had eaten some. well, duh! so we gave the review that all foods were inedible. they were not faithful to their word. most foods have been returned! this is a sad commentary where we spend our hard earned money (which we put on our teller to eat) on inedible food! never again!

Sunday night we decided to order some Chinese food. We called when they were closing soon. They took our order, bur wasn't really happy about it. They told us to get there quick. We were there in 5 minutes. They weren't very grateful when we paid. We got home opened our food, to find out though the order was correct, the food was completely atrocious. We ordered several different items and they were all bad. The ricewas hard and withered up, the vegetables weren't even cooked, they were raw. The meals themselves, were cold When you bit Into the egg rolls, they were dripping with grease. The food tastes like it had sat for hours. If they didn't want to take the order, they shouldn't have.. If you are, do it right! We will never order from this place again. We should have driven down the road, and just threw the money out the window.! Never again!..UPDATE: I see your response owner... No, if there's no pride in your work, being last customer or your first, it was the idea, you were rude and didn't care. You can fix food, you can't rudeness...

The chicken noodles soup was just what I needed. It was delicious.

The food has always been good whenever I came. But two out of the three times that I have ordered a drink the bottle has been expired. I can tell that it was expired this time by The taste. March 8 2021 and today is July 7th 2021

I ordered a meal with lo mein. When receiving the meal they stated I ordered with rice. I told her that I had stated twice on the phone I wanted lo mein and so she charged me extra for a side order of lo mein due to their mistake, however, only gave me the meal I asked for. They had made me a meal with rice as a side, so I assumed that since she charged me for that meal plus a side of lo mein they would give me the meal plus a side of lo mein but did not. I was charged for extra items I did not receive. Had been coming here for years, andthat is not how you handle a mistake that you made.
