Bambu Desserts And Drinks Madison Heights

It's been a while since I last stopped at this place. The dessert drinks looked nothing like those on the menu. The dessert drinks were very dirty, watered and had no taste. For a facility selling refreshments and desserts. They'd think the air conditioning would be up when it's hot and wet outside.

My experience is not great at all. These are flavored drinks with various supplements. I took 7 drinks and none of us could even finish half the drinks. There is no process view of the drinks prep... what even thinks fishy! I went in at 8 a.m. and they're already running out of tapioka, I suppose that's because of the closing time that doesn't make any sense!!

You have Thai tea in MI. Her Boba is sometimes a miss and hard, but the actual tea is better than thing or other competitors.

The employees were very rude, I wondered about the drinks, the prices, my reward and instead of answering, the guy screamed at me and put his two hands on the table. What I do not appreciate from the place was that they fool you how much they load on the products versus how they are on the screen. They will make every excuse to demand more and refuse to pay back your money no matter what. I also asked about the free add in that was on board and the guy refused to honor it for me. Shady Shop

My husband and kids really enjoy this place. The prices are ok but the quality is amazing! The people working here are very kind and helpful if you're like me and don't know what to order. The macaroons delicious!
