Bidrage med feedbackTotal disappointment. I was a long time customer 15 miles north of another Carvel. I ordered a sundae, they cheat you by placing a flat lid on top. Also, so little syrup. Plus, the cost was $3.00 more. They provided no napkins.
Wonderful place for ice cream! You can?t beat their soft serve ice cream as invented by founder John Carvellas!
Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered a custom birthday cake I was thrilled with the end result. I will definitely be back for future birthdays!
Had a coupon to buy 1 flying saucer and 2nd at half price. She wanted to charge me 12.98 for 1 and 7.50 for the second one. We said NO THANK YOU and left.
Total disappointment. I have been a long time customer of Carvel going back 40 years in NY. We just moved to N.J. and I was so happy to have a Carvel I. Madison NJ. I ordered an Icecream cake for 12 people. It said it serves 14 to 18. When we opened it up, everyone laughed. It was $35!!!! Look at the pic (hopefully I can upload it . Stay away from this place. Total rip off. (It was 1 inch thick. it served 12. Everyone had a tiny piece. Total joke.
