The staff are very decent and helpful. The desserts are a treat for your taste buds. I love trying everything they have to offer and I'm never disappointed. The cakes are perfectly adorned and taste scrumptious a well. The cake pops are my all time favourite. And ramadan desserts were a huge success. My favourite dessert shop and I keep recommending it to everyone I know. Whenever I'm incited somewhere I pick some cake pops up on my way, and there always appreciated.

I have to say that Carousel surprised me with their super responsive management and staff that called to discuss everything and to apologise that the cake didn't match the description. Not only that. They gave me several complimentary goodies that are extremely tasty and I have to say their desserts has a very unique yummy taste that you really love from the first bite. Thank you

I went to the shop today to ask about a birthday cake, I didn't place an order yet and was just asking about the shapes and prices. The staff was very nice, they gave me a cake pop to taste and I was going to buy a cookie for my daughter and they gave it to be as gift to try their products. Very welcoming and professional.

Cake pops, Red Velvet cake and all their cupcake are really out of this world. The amount of sugar is just right not too sweet like other pastry shops. My children love their pretty decorations and tasteful treats. The quality is so fresh serious. A birthday isn't complete without their fabulous cakes. I just love this pastry shop.
