The customer service here is consistently excellent. I would say that over 99.9% of the time, the food is fresh. I did encounter an employee with a poor attitude during my visit to this McDonald's, which was unfortunate. However, overall, this is one of the best locations in Madera. I recommend using the app to save some money. It can get busy in the morning, but they're quite efficient at getting customers through quickly.
