Bidrage med feedbackI had a disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven due to the incredibly poor customer service. The employee asked my kids and me to pay before we were allowed to enter, even though it was still 10 PM. My children were really upset by this. The employee had a rude attitude, and when I tried to call the manager, she hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. She insisted that we pay upfront and would not let us in to get our items. Interestingly, another customer of the same ethnicity as the employee was allowed in without any questions and was able to buy drinks.
Please do away with the indian chick on nightshift unsure of name but you can tell by her face, frozen in the look of a bulldog So many Times ive been to this servo, and she 's too busy talking away on her phone than serving waiting customers. She once threw change on the counter for an older lady to pick up after paying for her fuel and i said to the service station attendant have you not been trained properly or something? and she replied its due to Covid 19 i cant touch other peoples hands to give change And i said so its ok for you to fondle my sausage roll ? I 'll be eating that! And she just gave me a dirty look and said nothing but was happy to hand me my change once pulled up about it. She needs a good attitude adjustment 100% last year you had the most friendly staff now its all gone down hill.
At one point, she abruptly tossed change towards an elderly lady after her fuel payment, which struck me as quite rude. When I inquired if the staff was properly trained, she explained that due to COVID-19 protocols, she couldn't touch anyone's hands for change. I couldn't help but sarcastically point out that she seemed fine handling my sausage roll. This comment was met with a disdainful look, and she didn’t even respond, though she did manage to give me my change. It's unfortunate because this place used to have incredibly friendly staff, but it seems like things have really declined over the past year. This experience definitely needs some serious improvement.
The service was poor; no one greeted us. The staff seemed unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend, and our experience was disappointing. The cashier was quite rude and seemed really unhappy, which isn't the best way to treat customers. Honestly, she didn't have the most flattering appearance either.
