Taco Bell - Macon

The food was quite cold and had a stale taste. I wasn't very pleased with this experience. For takeout during lunch, I spent around $10–20. I would rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.

The restaurant was in unacceptable condition! Both the walls and floors were dirty, and there was standing water on the floor outside the restroom. Additionally, the pipes under the sink in the restroom leaked when used. The chicken we ordered was tough and dry. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

Got order wrong. Not stocked up in napkins, straws, lids and so on. Maybe understaffed, not sure. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I walked in with my fiancé and waiting 10 min for someone to take our order so I let him know what I wanted and went to the bathroom. They had hand sanitizer in the soap machine while the place looked like it’s never been cleaned. Came out and he still hadn’t been helped. Finally someone walked up and decided to take our order but didn’t bother to look up at us. Took a whole 15 min later of saying our order multiple times while they continue to ask us the same question over and over. I could barely understand the guy and he kept asking the girl on break what everything meant on the screen. He kept saying I hate taking orders I hate doing this and asking for the girls on break to do it for him. They were out of lettuce and chicken!! Do your inventory and you won’t ever run out of food. Took longer than 30 mins to get three items off the menu. Oddly we got our food first when three people were ahead of usrumor had it they’re still waiting.
