Bidrage med feedbackThis may have been my best Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe yet for taste and appearance! The long line was moved at a steady rate. I didn't get a receipt and the girl looked at me like I was crazy because I was still waiting when she returned my card. That didn't take away from my experience.
If for some particular reason this Starbucks has decided to turn the dining room into a storage warehouse. So while looking at the pictures you will notice that they have a couple of locations in the dining room with inventory just sitting there. I have a brother-in-law who spends around $1300 annually at this particular location he gets coffee every day 7 days a week twice A-day, So do the covid 19 my Brother-in-law and I visited this particular location every time I'm down from North Carolina, and we get two cups a day that I am here, so one day we decided to get what they call .50 refill (keep in mind it's $2.94 per cup of regular coffee) we went through the drive thu, and decided to go into the dining room for our second cup(refill) but was told by Sheranda(shift manager) since we did not dine in we could not get the .50 refill price.
It's a Starbucks... I've not been to a truly horrible one, but if anything, as of this date of service, this location tends to be flip floppy on whether they open the inside ordering/seating or only allow drive thru. We were only able to do drive through on our visit, last week, we walked in to order... Seems like a toss up if there's enough people on staff or something... Take with a grain of salt.
It's a typical Starbucks, so friendly staff, speedy service (usually), and delicious drinks. The only failing was in the drive through speaker being down and the way this Starbucks is constructed making it impossible to leave from the line after a certain point, but before we were made aware of the broken speaker. Not the employee's fault. Just bad design. Blocked in for 20 minutes in a slow moving line sucked.
Customer service at this store is awful. I?m a pretty easy customer. Order the same thing every time via a mobile order so that it?s ready when I walk in. The baristas at this store will completely avoid eye contact with you so that you don?t ask them for anything. Today I asked her to put more milk in my drink, as I paid almost $7 for a coffee and there?s 1.5 inches of space at the top. She got an attitude with me, told me that space had to be there to shake it. Well every other store fills it to the top, but that?s not the point. The point is I don?t talk to you with an attitude, and I expect the same respect. The drinks are usually good, just not what I?m used to from other locations.
