Bidrage med feedbackFirst of the employees are very rude, it took them more than 30 minutes only to get me even my drink, and not only that my eating was cold, would not recommend going here ever! they need to improve their employees and the efficiency of the place.
It is a lack of education, a lack of motivation and a lack of company overview that drives the employees and this location to the floor. it's a shame. inspire their employees to be proud of the work they do. create a working environment that prevents employees from leading the business to the floor. my drinks were disgusting. take these complaints seriously. stop their customers to force to treat with terrible service and disgusting ditches and drinks. where is her proud as an entrepreneur?
So gross. We ordered two has browns only to get 5 soggy potatoes. They were so bad my dog wouldn’t eat more than one. My toasted breakfast sandwich was soggy and so hot I couldn’t eat it for 5 mins. The chess was so badly burnt. Makes me want to stay away from Duncan forever!
My bagel was harder than a brick bat. My wife's avocado toast was shoved into a bag instead of a box, therefore most of the avocado was left stuck to the waxy paper.
So I go to Dunkin often and at this one I hardly ever have my cold brew drink taste correctly or like other stores make it. When done right with the normal 3 caramel and 3 cream for a medium size it's a perfect taste. Well at this location its almost every time I get caramel milk.... hardly a coffee taste at all. So today I caught the barista ever so nicely putting regular coffee in the 3/4 th filled cup of cream and caramel..... Cold Brew is what I asked for Cols Brew is what I was charged for...... regular ice coffee is actually cheaper. But to try and give me something I didn't ask for and charge me the regular price and not even try to tell me is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not shop here again because I can't trust them with simply telling me they don't have something and not over charging me for something. The sad part is the associate didn't care either he was so nonchalant about it. Like I watched him look for the cold brew not see it, go put the regular in the cups bring them to the window repeat the total and wait for my payment...... I had to ask was that cold brew he states no we out .... like really...... I told him I didn't want it and that's not ok to sell someone something and it's not what they ordered. He was like ok with a wave of his hand showing no concern or apologetic.Its just sad......
