The customer service is awful. They are rude and slam the window in your face. They have to put sundae lids on there blizzards so it doesn?t drip everywhere. That is not a DQ blizzard. (If you can?t turn it upside down without it falling out then it?sfree.

I ordered through doordash.. got a text that it was delivered, but it hasn't been. I call and they set up to redeliver, the food gets to me... the fries are ice cold, the burger is cold (not like it was hot too begin with, the cheese wasn't melted) the soda cap came off and half spoiled in the bag! Never again... if I could Gove negative stars I would

I will never dine at this location again. I witnessed them using the same utensils to cook food and then to open a panel above the grill, only to return to flipping burgers without washing those utensils. If they're doing that, I can only imagine what other unsanitary practices might be taking place.

There was a significant language barrier when I tried to order inside, which made the process quite challenging. I ordered a large royal cheesecake and had to repeat myself four times, though I didn’t mind that too much. I aimed to be as polite as possible, but I was disappointed to find that my premium blizzard was simply mixed with cookie pieces and vanilla, then filled with strawberry filling. It was prepared incorrectly and tasted overwhelmingly like graham cracker. Naturally, I was frustrated because this dessert was quite pricey, and I ended up spitting it out. The entire thing was blended together improperly and was far from what I expected.

My double cheeseburger was incredibly hot and delicious. The fries were also hot and tasty. I really enjoyed my meal!
