Since I moved here I have had McAlister's several times weekly. This place is REALLY GOOD AND REALLY AMAZING! Reasonably priced food, so many options to try and their menu, and really great customer service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went through drive through, ordered mcalisters club sandwich, plain potato chips lemonade, and a chocolate chip cookie. What we got was a wrap of some kind, sea salt potato chips, a lemonade and a sugar cookie. Drove back a mile or so, went inside , told counter people how badly they messed up my order. No appologies from them, just excuses. They remade my order, which was fine, but please tell me how hard it is to read the sales ticket on the bag, put the right food in the bag, and get it to the right customer?
