When we arrived there, the dinning area was closed because of a siege order. No one has called or e-mailed that they are closed. drive an hour for eating in the night

It was terrible! they did not honor our reservation after I even called to make sure that everything was good for our party of 8 as it was ostern! we called at 18:30 to see if we could postpone our reservation earlier, and they told us that we could not come at all because they had decided to close early. I went in and the "Hoss/Manager" told me they wouldn't sit down. the dining room had people in it, but there was a lot of space for us. She told me that we had no reservation and that they would not put us. I have shown her my reservation and confirmation number and she has still lied about us, no reservation! I do not think that these buffalo wild wings should be more in opentable, since they obviously do not care that people come in their device! chloe chloe, as they claimed, their names should be given a lection or two in the way their customers are treated! while we were on the parking lot, try to find somewhere to at least 8 other parties drove up and were turned away....absolutely horrible! we eat a lot and that's the worst thing I've ever been treated!

Our waitress was very attentive, but not annoyingly attentive what we like when my man and I go to eat, we like to take our time. we do not like to feel and when we told our waitress that we like to take our time, she was very good to respect our desires. we had a wonderful time, enjoyed eating and service. would recommend bww in any case.

When I called to confirm, I was told they did not have my reservation “written down”. Luckily we arrived early and were seated in a short wait. I can only imagine the mess I would have to deal with if we were even 30 minutes later.
