This is kind of a mixed review. Recently Arby's has moved into their brand new building and hired more/new staff members, so I'm willing to bare that in mind and give them a trial period. I haven't been to an Arby's in awhile because of Covid and I'm also not crazy about their prices. But we recently got DoorDash in Macomb and I've been trying that out with their limited number of restaurants. This was my first order with the new location and as stated above, I have mixed feelings. I ordered one new item I've never tried and one standby item incase I didn't like the first. The new thing I tried was a gyro and it was delicious...so good that I didn't get a picture before devouring half of it. The standby order was a classic roast beef sandwich, which I saved for lunch the next day. When I opened it up to reheat, I couldn't help but notice that almost half the bun was burnt. Now I still ate it and it didn't taste burnt, but the fact that the bun still made it into someone's order to go out to a paying customer looking burnt is slightly alarming. Again, I understand new building/kitchen and new staff and there is to be an adjustment period, so I won't hold this against them.
My son waited for over 40 mins for a strips and fries meal. 12 frikking dollars he wasted while the crew was too busy acting like fools. he ended up just leaving after waiting, and went down the street to Bdubs. Better food there anyways. Y'all might have a new building, but the service still sucks.
I ordered a beef-n-cheddar. I got home and I had beef, but no cheddar. Not like there wasn’t enough cheddar. There was no cheddar, and no sauce on my sandwich. Just a dry beef sandwich. Very disappointing.
I had to do 2 orders and both times the drivers got lost to my house, and the 2nd driver I had to call and give directions and I even put the directions in with my address! Both times my food was ice cold
