Bidrage med feedbackMy wife and I tried the buffet, and while it wasn't terrible, some of the food did taste a bit stale, which can be common with buffet setups. However, the staff was incredibly friendly. There was one gentleman in particular, an older man with a limp, who truly stood out. He was down-to-earth and had a fantastic way of engaging with customers. He even came over to wish my wife and me a happy anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch. We would definitely consider returning.
We decided to try this place because of so many bad reviews. We arrived at 8:30 on Sunday morning. It was busy. The type in the host/host area sat us and another family at our own tables quite immediately, and he was friendly and friendly. There was a line on the buffet, probably due to the fact that the staff served the food vs themselves (what, let us be real, it is much more sanitary in this way). The staff was generous in portion sizes and quickly brought us through. The fruit was delicious and super fresh, everything else we tried was good (eggs were not great, but I had not expected much to be a buffet). My son loved the tater dead, bacon and left sausages. He also gave the waffle. It was a little expensive, but the hotels give a BOGO free voucher, which makes it worth it. All in all, we had a good experience and would go again if we were in the area.
Very expensive for what it is. They advertise breakfast buffet, but it is the equivalent of a hotel breakfast. They have prefabricated waffles, toast etc. on hotplate together with sausage links, pattys, scrambled eggs and bacon. You have the individual muesli dishes like hotels. Nothing really delicious or worth mentioning. $22 in front of top for lukewarm eggs, sausage links, bacon and coffee
Stay away! We unfortunately had no other options for breakfast and thought we would try it despite reviews. At first you are greeted with a hand made characters that tell you what not to do. Don?t open the door, Don?t touch that, Don?t enter here and shown below. The hostess waits and sits several groups at once, I think she wants to avoid running people to her table. Once you sit, they tell you it's just a buffet, not a menu. They never tell you how much the buffet is, it's $14.99. The buffet consists of a variety of fruits, really bad, not really crispy scrambled eggs, simple and some that have some dice ham and peppers. There were pancakes, cookies and gravy, bacon, sausage and potatoes. The irony of it... You don't serve yourself, you just show up and they put it on a plate for you.
After our meal, while we were waiting for the bill, my husband gave our son, who is under a year old, a tiny nibble of the scrambled eggs from his plate—about a quarter of a spoonful, not a serving spoon, just a regular one. To our surprise, the server charged us for another kids’ buffet because of that small taste. I understand charging for our 2-year-old daughter since she had her own plate, even though she barely touched it, but it seems absurd to charge us for our son eating leftover food that would have been thrown away otherwise. When we inquired about the charge, the response came from what seemed to be the owners. My husband explained that our son had just a little nibble, and they said they don’t allow plate sharing. While I get the reasoning behind that rule, I wish I had known it beforehand. If I had known that letting my son try scrambled eggs for the first time would lead to an extra charge, I wouldn’t have let him have any. We won't be returning. It’s better to save some money and grab fast food for breakfast, or spend a bit more on a nicer meal elsewhere. The buffet costing $18 per person simply isn’t worth it.
