Kfc Mackay Food Court

Untrained staff. Paid for 3 wicked wings on zinger box received one drumstick instead.. bought it on 06april at 1700 hrs. Spoilt my fast food experience.. won't eat KFC at this store.Spoke to onduty Manager.. she was unhelpful too or unaware of how to help

I had to wait in line for 20 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, I received two chicken wings despite asking for no wings at all. I requested three pieces of chicken, especially considering I can buy a whole chicken from Woolworths for just $10. Paying $11 for two wings, a thigh, and a Pepsi feels quite overpriced. I won’t be returning, and I’ll make sure to share my experience with everyone I know.

The most disappointing meal . Did not have any chicken, so they replaced it with a small popcorn chicken. The line up wait was so long . The burger was so small as well, nothing like the displayed picture. Will not be back.

We were the first in line when there were no other customers around, yet the server chose to ignore us twice while attending to others first. It was quite rude.

Paid $18 just to get the totally wrong burger meal, pretty bad experience.
