Tom Jerry’s - Machesney Park

This review I left 9 months ago with 4 stars. Now it is a one because usually it takes a while to get my food in the drive through but today 9/10/20 I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through window without anyone checking up on me until I honked to get their attention. I don 't think they realized I heard but my food hadn 't even been made. Then they told me sorry it was made wrong and they fixed it . I love their food but I 'll be extremely hesitant on going there again. UPDATE on 5/5/21 now I will give them a 4 once again since I 've either gotten used to the wait time or they 've gotten better. Also my food has not came out burnt black once which is great! And their food is tasting awesome. 9/5/24 I asked what a Saganaki was as it was on the menu and wanted to try something new. The response was I have no idea . Thanks dude, I have no idea either but I 'll ask Google real quick. Know your menu at least or ask a fellow coworker.

They have some awesome people that work in the drive-through especially the one blonde girl she is the most awesomeness girl that works in the drive-through every time we go there she’s always so happy and energetic really what makes you wanna come back

Very yummy dinner. We just love their food. Such a large menu with very reasonable prices nice customer service. Their hand cut frys r the bomb!!!

Place was nice enough, but the product was less than acceptable. The chicken on the grilled chicken sandwich didn't even cover the sandwich. I recommend trying another place.

A little chilly but otherwise really nice restaurant
