Beef-a-roo - Machesney Park

The humidity in that place is off the chart... They have wet floor signs out, and the floors look like they were just mopped. The HVAC unit was not on. They refused to supply tea because it was close to closing time, within 2 hours. The other locations seem to take better care of the customers and the facility.

I bought 2 same type of sandwiches one for my myself and one for my guest . This was my introduction to the new breakfast menu and I was excited about it. I received a tiny half sandwich. The person I was with received at least a normal half sandwich. I think it was misleading to pay 5$ for a sandwich and get obviously less than a half. My coffee was filled w lumpy cream. When I told the worker she said that is how it is. I asked for a remake. I’m went to sit down in my favorite booth it was filthy and the walls looked horrendous. Also the doors when I left. Sad to see store hit bottom from what used to be a great experience.

I remember the portions being bigger and better flavor, I'm kind of disappointed

I just liked it when it was owned by the original family. Not the same anymore.

Under cooked cheeseburger I emailed them nothing . I was really looking forward to the weekly special took a bite of the cheeseburger it was super pink I tossed it in the garbage waste of money.
